Clemson football has some big offseason storylines, none larger than the revamped 2026 offense under returning offensive coordinator Chad Morris. With proven wideouts T.J. Moore and Bryant Wesco leading the way, the Tigers still face significant roster churn in several areas: a new starting quarterback, running back, slot receiver, and four new offensive linemen.
All eyes are on QB Christopher Vizzina, who enters the offseason in the so-called "pole position" after Dabo Swinney and his staff chose not to pursue an arm in the transfer portal. The lone offensive transfer, RB Chris Johnson Jr., brings elite speed to pair with returning back Gideon Davidson. Meanwhile, the offensive line must take a step forward despite losing four starters, including one to the NFL Draft.
In Part 2 of our conversation, Clemson sports beat writers Jon Blau and Chapel Fowler join co-hosts Daniel Shirley and Bill Zimmerman to break down Clemson’s offensive identity, roster questions, and expectations heading into fall camp.
